Eza Vista Residence Eze

An apartment in the centre of the medieval town of Eze. We stayed here as a cheaper option to the centre of Monaco for the GP 2009.Location: Nice restaurants close by,esp the well hidden Mal Provence (pop your head in & look at the tables covered in flowers. Like being inside a beautiful garden.Don’t be deceived by the dirty peach table outside!Being in the village meant that you had to travel down to the train station (apx 15mins) to Eze on sea.Train is quick & cheap to Monaco.Facilities:Useful parking but can imagine gets v busy in summer.Breakfast (11 E pp) self serve of croissants, pain au chocalat,fruit,various breads & juices. Seating area to sit & have a drink with views out to the sea. Swimming pool a good size but unfortunately when we were there some annoying men took over the pool. Wireless Internet:(5E per hr) but can only use in reception & breakfast area. Room: spacious & clean with a nice balcony looking out to the sea.From the outside the room looked like a jail cell!!

A wonderful find in a beautiful location. Clean, modern and sophisticated. Right in village of Eze with shops, Fragonard perfume factory and restaurants around the corner. A great base also to visit Nice, Monaco and Italy. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location, walking distance to beautiful Eze village. Views to die for but a car needed to tour elsewhere.

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and Eze village. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Views are superb. This was our second stay and we will be visiting again

Eze is a gorgeous little town, and certainly worth a visit.

Everything was superb. Only on a 2 night stay but were very happy and would certainly re-visit and recommend.

Great place with village stores just round the corner; the staff were excellent and really really helpful; the pool was clean although unheated but on a hot day it was really welcome; the only minor downside was the traffic on the road outside at peak hours but this was a small price to pay for a room with an incredible view.

Great location next to old Eze and close to Monaco, Italy and Nice. Clean, modern hotel, but not cozy. Hard to park the car. Price/quality ratio ok.

Amazing Place. The lady at the reception was very warm & friendly. A great discovery for a few days close to Monaco.

It is a nice place to stay, but the pool isn't open until mid-May so the facilities are very basic.

A very modern apartment complex in Eze. The location was briliant and the rooms were the best I have stayed in when staying in apartments. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast offer was disappointing however there is a really good and friend bakers next door to get pastries, drinks and other goods for the morning. A quiet location with its own swimming pool and ideal for a base if you wish to go to Nice, Monaco or Italy. I recommend Eze Vista, best i've stayed in.

Beautiful hotel with great views in a great location (if you want to be in a quiet village, but still close to Monte Carlo and Nice) and all at a great price.

Hotel exceded our expectations. It would be great if they had a laundry facility room.

Studios for two are spacious, have 6 tables(!), seating for six but nowhere to hang any clothes!

The location was great. The view out of the living room balcony was great. The bedrooms had windows which were very noisy. The beds were a bit too soft. There was no hour for the swimming pool (which was great!) but the water was quite dirty. I hated the lightening in the living room.......the red covers made the room looked like a bar. There wasn't enough lighting for the cooking area. Generally speaking, the hotel was good to average.

Great location to relax and enjoy the area. Access to local beaches, restaurants and shops good but do need a car (within 10 to 30 minutes in all directions). Apartment well appointed and modern. Air conditioning and heating if need it! Hot showers – no washing machine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure underground parking. Small supermarket and baker close by and Carrefour in Monaco or Nice 30 minutes drive. Quiet and friendly village with great views.

This hotel had only opened one week before we visited, so the room was immaculate, however parts of the hotel were still not completed such as the pool. It was in a great location within the town of Eze, however we found it difficult to get transport into Monaco and other surrounding towns.
