Fairmont Hotel Monte Carlo

You cannot go wrong with Fairmont. Expensive but good comfort. Location is walking distance from the main Casino and some late night dining. I did not look at any public transportation or as a matter of fact any transportation. Monte Carlo is very small in size and almost everything is within walking distance as long as you are used to walking few kilometers each day. Keep in mind that you will be climbing a lot of hills. People who are physically challenged should look into a Taxi or their own private vehicles.

Best hotel in Monte Carlo, great loction only 3 minute walk to the casino. Excellent views of the sea. Staff very friendly and most importantly it was clean.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated in Monaco only a minute's walk to Casino Square. It has been refurbished since we were last there and offers large comfortable bedrooms overlooking the sea, fabulous food in all the restaurants and a busy piano bar. The staff were faultless and our final bill was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended. Having stayed at a few other hotels in Monaco over the years, the Fairrmont is the favourite!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Monaco. The hotel is partly renovated, we just though the hotel was a bit too big for our taste with 619 rooms. But service etc. was great.

This hotel was great! It was priced well (if you stay 3 or more nights) and the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel and all the ammenities in it!

Location is excellent. The reception, lobby, ground floor restaurants are modern, stylish. Choice of tv channels is good. The decor in the rooms are quite old-fashioned. Need to be brought up-to-date. Bathrooms are small. No separate shower & bath. Sliding door, shower curtain need replacing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Fairmont, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would certainly go back again.

food was only avarage for such a great hotel

Had a fabulous weekend at this hotel. Breakfast was served on our balcony and you MUST pay the extra for a sea view - it is unbelievable. Beer prices round the pool area are expensive but well you are in Monaco. Can't wait to go back, as this hotel is pure luxury. Everything was superb and the staff couldn't do enough. Also take the helicopter transfer to and from Nice airport - well worth the money

Everything was wonderful about the hotel except the room service breakfast it was aweful.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Superb service, stylish facilities and great views of Monaco from the roof-top pool. (They film the grand prix hairpin from the roof of the hotel's gym). Ideally located for the Casino, the Cafe de Paris and other Monte Carlo attractions.

It was a wonderfull short Holliday, I tried to find again places in june, but unfortunatelly it seams everything is booked. That means, everything is great there. Congratulation to the hotel team. Best regards, Narcis

This hotel was outstanding. A perfect location with the most magnificent views! All of the major sites are within easy walking distance. The hotel is at the expensive end of the scale but everything is in Monte Carlo! I would dearly love to stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel. The views of the swimming pool and gym sensational!

The ambience of the hotel is lovely, and in a perfect and romantic location. The pool area is relaxing and well-serviced. Food is great, and the staff are very friendly. Beach is a 10-minute walk, but easy and pleasant.

At this price level you expect a decent room and service. Nevertheless our expectations were surpassed. The staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Views from the sea front balcony were wonderful. Central location means all the main sights are within walking distance.

Great location, staff speak excellent English, great facilities. One of the best Hotels in Monte Carlo.

The overall Monaco experience was a pleasure but the seaview deluxe room and the overall standard of the hotel just topped off a wonderful 3 days .The service received in the restaurants, bars, casino, desk and concierge was first class. My wife and me would not hesitate to come back to the Grand. Thanks again Richard and Susan Dornan
