Fairmont Hotel Singapore

Me and my husband stayed in Singapore for 4 days and visit their botanical garden and there are many many shopping mall everywhere we go, this is definitely a shopping city and everywhere you go are green and have lush tropical plants.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fairmont Singapore and will certainly do it again. Although it may be a bit pricy, the overall service and experience, the location make it worth it. The staff is very courteous and responsive to our needs.

Hotel is located right above Metro station and shopping complex, it is very conveniently located. Had an enjoyable stay and I could definitely return next time.

Cannot fault the Fairmont, which is why we always stay there when in Singapore. Front desk, concierge, housekeeping staff all very friendly and helpful. Only criticism; it took four days to get our newspaper request right.

Overall fine and good hotel, room safes need a bit of attention, mine died with all my stuff inside. The staff, very friendly and suitably apologetic, spent hours trying to get the thing back open culminating with a guy drilling the thing to pieces in the middle of the night! The rest of the hotel was absolutely fine, but this really screwed up my evening.

Very nice hotel and facilities. The spa is expensive though. Should offer some special rates for guests. A hotel 10mins away is $70 for a massage when you would pay $150 onward here.

An excellent hotel - great location with a variety of shopping needs on hand - Raffles City shopping complex is situated very close, accessible from within the hotel, great supermarket and other needs. Close to a range of eating places, from street fare to up market restaurants The Hop-on Hop-off bus stop is situated across the street from reception, very handy. All in all, an excellent hotel.

We received a complimentary upgrade and had beautiful views over the city. We'd definately stay here again.

Lovely clean big hotel. The hotel is actually attached to Raffles City, so fab location. Staff very friendly. Food a drink good but a bit pricey but this was expected. Would definately stay again!

Great location by MRT, a gorgeous spa in the hotel, right on top of a shopping mall, and to top it off, a brilliant rainforest shower! Best hotel I've stayed at!

Staff were all very helpfull and very prompt. 8th Floor Allegro poolside breakfasts had a very wide choice of food, excellent service good value. Relaxed ambience not as daunting and lacking the beatifull people of the Swisshotel linked next door.

Good hotel but its expensive. Asia One bar is pretty good and can see the whole of Singapore.

Superb location, facilities and cleanliness. A bit overpriced though, but I guess that's because of festive holiday season (celebration of Eid Mubarak) and the fact that F1 racing is just around the corner. But no further complaint on price as my company is paying :)

Most hotels around town allow the car to park for free. This hotel expect guest to pay for the carpark. There is no carpark redemption coupon. Totally out of touch with the service provided with other hotels around.

Very comfortable and central hotel. Enjoyed the easy transfer on the MRT from the airport to City Hall, and directly into the hotel without even having to go outside. Also loved the views of the city from the balcony.

We where at the Fairmont Singapore when it still was called The Raffles The Plaza. At that time we already where very satisfied. Now it is changed into Fairmont we only can confirm that for us this hotel is one of the best one's in Singapore. If you have a stop over in Singapore we warmly can recomment this hotel for it's more than outstanding service, good pricing, great location and friendly staff.
