"This hotel is rated at 4*, but should only be a 3.5* at the maximum. While the common areas, breakfast & service were excellent; the beds were small & totally unsupportive. We could not get a restive sleep. Tiles in the bathroom could also use a good scrub. Inspite of this, I would still stay there again if I were in Vienna." - Anonymous

With the public transportion (U4 Pilgramgasse, three minutes walking distance) you can be in the historic city centre (State Opera) as well as in the Schönbrunn palace within a few minutes.
