Alternatively rent the entire Chateau as the apartment and suite have interconnecting doors. All guest have private entrances, bathrooms and lounges. There are no communal facilities. The Location is quiet, yet just minutes to Lake Taupo, geothermal attractions , and the stunning Huka Falls. An excellent restaurant, winery and private vineyard just steps away. The Chateau is richly decorated in a modern style, with beautifull artwork and evokes a warm, inviting feeling, with attention to detail through out. Getting there:Follow signs State Highway 1 to Huka Falls, turn right onto Huka Falls Road, first property on the left. Turn left at The Boulevard all the way down, turn left onto Noumea Drive, and left at Chateau Crescent, Falls Chateau is number 12, the large Chateau on the South corner.
Check-in Procedure:24 hour check in. We will endeavour to accommodate early check in and late check out times, subject to availability. Half day and hourly rates are available, subject to availability.

Nice comfortable room a bit out of town, close to the highway but quiet. Don't follow the owners advice about dining in town, Milano is only very average.

A1 for luxurious bedding, ambience and decor. We have stayed here before in a 1-bedroom suite which suits our needs for an overnight stop. On this occasion the complex was fully booked and we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom appartment. What a delight. A perfect property for 2 couples or a mature family getaway.

Easy to find as the owner text instructions and we have a gps, we were lucky enough to be upgraded from a room to a fabulous apartment, really comfortable and had a great nights sleep, would highly recommend.
Great, very quite just what we needed. Easy to find if you frequent Taupo often. Could do with a proper sink to wash dishes though. Overall a nice quite place to get away to.

Quality accommodation in quiet surroundings. Guests in next door unit were clearly heard and the TV remote was not functioning. Other than that, a very pleasant place to stay.
We were upgraded to an apartment which was very good. It was difficult to find as there was very little signage. Would use again.
Falls chateau is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the centre of Taupo. Was a little tricky to find, but once there I thought it was a very clean and modern place to stay. I would definately recommend staying here.
A great apartment although I believe the owner did let themself in whilst we were out, as I left a light on in the kitchen because we were coming back after dark and when we returned the light was turned off.
This is a nice quiet place to stay very well appointed. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was really nice. Would stay here again.
We had a delightful surprise to be up graded at Falls Chateau. This meant we had a beautifully furnished very modern home to enjoy for one night with everything we could have wanted or needed in it. Even without the up grade we would choose to stay at Falls Chateau again.
We were very pleased with everything and were very comforable.The only thing worth a mention is that although very helpful with directions it was still a little hard to find, could be better sign posted....we give it AAA...

Great place, little hard to find as no signage out front, thought we were in a residential area. A quick phone call and all was resolved. More than happy with the accommodation. The best we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place,excellent fixtures fittings and furnishings. Smaller unit would be made perfect with the addition of a microwave. Location excellent with a car but not far from town.
