Lesmurdie suite
Suite in separate building to main house with private entance. Newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom with fishtank embedded in wall. Lounge with airconditioning/heating, kitchenette,TV/DVD, dining table, sofa bed (can be extended to sleep 2 more). Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, electric grill. Suite opens out onto swimming pool area with heated hydrotherapy spa just outside unit.
Guests also have use of BBQ in grapevine covered pergola.
Please note room rate is for 2 people including breakfast. For extra guests there is a $30 per person charge (max 2) which includes a cooked breakfast.

"The Lesmundie Suite was excellent, but found the larger bedroom in house not very convenient for bathroom and toilet.However, if you are the only ones in house the smaller bedroom & bathroom can be shut off making them private. Thought price for suite was about right but the bedrooms in house were on the high side in comparision with facilities & size of Lesmundi suite. Lovely breakfasts" - Anonymous

Our comfortable and private guest unit the "Lesmurdie suite" has a private entrance and comprises a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and lounge with kitchenette. Facilities in the lounge area include TV/DVD, sofa bed, aircon-heating, microwave, electric grill, tea and coffee making facilities, dining table, and broadaband wireless internet.The Lesmurdie opens out onto the swimming pool area with a heated hydrotherapy spa just outside the door.
Also available are 2 rooms in the house, the elegant "Victoria" and the cosy "Niagara". These share a bathroom though if only one room is used Niagara and bathroom can be closed off in its wing. A comfortable guest lounge with TV/DVD is available for guests use if staying in the house.
A super cooked breakfast with 9 menu choices or deluxe continental is included in the tariff . Cereals, a fruit platter, home baked bread, freshly squeezed juices, plunger coffees and the best of teas are also included in the breakfast menu. |

From the city go along Gt. Eastern Hwy till Orrong Road then turn right. Follow this for about 12 kilometres until it becomes Weshpool Road East, then continue up the hill. Turn left into Lesmurdie Road, go up about 3 km, Falls Road is 2nd on the left past St Brigid's College. Falls Retreat is about 1/2 km down Falls Road on the left hand side just past Burma Road. We are Tourism Accredited and 3 and a half star rated. |
