good basic accommodation with friendly service in great location

I went to Osaka with family and had a nice stay in this hotel. The hotel guys were friendly and helpful and some could speak good English. The free breakfast included was good enough for us to start the days. It took about 10-minute walk to the nearest subway. I said to the staff who called me a taxi when I was leaving that I would recommend this hotel to the others and I really meant that.

For the price you pay to stay at this hotel don't expect much although I guess you get free breakfast. Only 1 member of staff spoke English well enough to help, she was wonderful. The rest of the staff spoke or understood very little to no English. I guess the major issue we had with this hotel was its proximity to transport and the city, it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest station.
