Pleasant hotel. The breakfast is served in the roof-top restaurant with fantastic view to the port.

Excellent for the islands

Very friendly and helpful staff who were able to assist with a variety of difficult requests (specific food items for our infant with allergies, extra cots etc.) Great breakfast and dinner with views on the top floor restaurant. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and in a central location with easy access to all the historic sites, shopping and transport. The only negative is that on Fri & Saturday nights, if your room looks out on to the street (as ours did), it is very noisy until the early hours.

Very nice hotel. Very central. The Receptionists had very good English. Only thing missing in the room was tea & coffee facilities and a balcony. Very nice view from the rooftop restaurant.

Great location and super helpful staff. The breakfast including the view over the marina are amazing.

We have only one remark: The rooms are lacking hooks on the walls for hanging up the clothes.

Spacious modern hotel, very clean. Superb views of Faro & marina from roof top restaurant. Hot water took forever to come through in the morning. Reception staff helpful but a bit cold. Would stay again.

Excellent location at city centre and wonderful view at roof breakfast room. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable and absolutely convenient but at the lower limit for a 4 stars hotel, with two negative remarks: a step on the floor between entrance and sleeping zone, no table or desk to write or place a desktop. I will stay there again.

The hotel is a nice, professional hotel, which is more functional as a business hotel than a tourist hotel. It has a nice roof top restaurant, with terrace. I recommend going half board (your choice of lunch or dinner). It only costs 8 euro extra and is great value for money. The rooms are a good size with good bathrooms. Ask for a room facing the marina. The views are fantastic. The hotel doesn't have any other leisure facilities (no swimming pool, sauna etc). The Faro Hotel is only 10 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the bus station and about 30 minutes (by coach) from the airport. The surrounding town is a bit confusing. Go to the local tourist information office and they will give you a great map of the town. Lots of nice cafes and restaurant/bars around the area. The beach isn't much and you have to go there by car or bus (about 10 km away).

Good hotel to stay in if you need to overnight in Faro.

Very central location. Good harbour views from some rooms, but many overlook side streets. Had four quiet nights, but beware of Saturdays when youths are partying. We had a noisy pop concert outside until the early hours of the morning one Saturday. However, rooms are modern, clean and well equipped, the breakfast buffet is extensive and I would stay there again.

Nice hotel for overnight. it is very close to the main shopping area of Faro and overlooking the marina and the sea.

Fantastic roof bar and restaurant (where breakfast is served) from where you get a glorious view of the old town, bay and planes landing at Faro airport.

Central location, comfortable bed, clean room, excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff.

Nice hotel, perfect to explore the town. Not a large town though. Minor difficulties with getting what we actual booked (with balcony) but all OK in the end. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant is excellent. Its worth staying at the hotel just for the food, excellent service. We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is perfect for exploring Algarve by car. Located downtown Faro, parking space available, WLAN access and a wonderful roof terrace.

Very nice modern design hotel, located on the best place in Faro. The hotel has a magnific bar/restaurant on the top floor, where also breakfast is served. Go there for a drink when the sun sets. I have stayed in over 15 hotels last three months, this was one of my three favorites. Highly recommended.
