"This was one of the most outstanding hotel experiences I've had in the Asia Pacific region. The staff were superb - offering exceptional support and advice for a personal crisis - continuing smiles and positivity in the face of major floods throughout the city. The location was fantastic - close to the temples but not in the market/backpackers district. The restaurant was also terrific including an amazing breakfast as part of the stay.
