"During our second day the lock of the apartments door didn't open with the electronic key given to us. After the phone call it took almost two hours to get the staff to open the door and give new keys to us.
The beds were hard and therefore unconfortable. The interior decorating was made with the furniture, that seems to be purchased here and there. The "top" of this type of decoration was a chair made of 100% plastic. I suppose this chair can be used only for the brief sitting purposes. The back rest of the sofa-bed opposite of the TV collapsed every time, when it was used for lieing back. TV was located at the unfortably high place.
Kitchen, bathroom and dining room were good and properly furnished. Our 3 bedroom apartment is good for 4-6 person group, who eats the breakfast there and will stay most of the time in Barcelona. After one day stay the mixed like decoration looked like a bad joke, but it didn't disturb us anymore." - Anonymous
"Deciding on a 4 night stay I opted for the Attic apartment. The area cannot be bettered, the representative was waiting at the door...and it all went downhill from there. People in the block could not manage the old fashioned lift and consistently did not shut the inside doors, so up 4 flights of stairs we went. The apartment was a small studio- and both its windows openned onto the public terrace, ensuring absolutely no privacy if you wanted an open window- no curtains. Also this meant as a single woman no security if you wanted fresh air while asleep. Almost nothing worked- not the satellite tv, dvd player, cd player- or didn't exist- no soap, wineglasses, nothing in the shower dispensors, plug for the sink, no washing up liquid,- not even salt and pepper. What was there is all 5+ year old Ikea (furniture, accessories) not ageing well- and not enough of these. When I called the number left by the rep, the phone just rang out. Very disappointing." - Anonymous
"Apartments were very central and so noisy as you would expect in such a large city, so take earplugs. Rooms were spacious and well equiped although as it looked as though they had raided Ikea for every item in the apartment, I am not sure it can be realistically described as luxury. They could have spend a few euros more on the beds. However, clean, suficient for our needs and really cebtral. " - Anonymous
"We loved our stay in the Feel Good Gracia Apartments and would highly recommend them to anyone who prefers self-catering to a hotel. Everything about the apartment and its position was excellent. " - Anonymous
