Charming newly built apartments in the middle of the heart of Barcelona, close to Liceu Theatre and Las Ramblas. The building enjoys a very central position, close to the old centre and the principal attractions of the city.

Getting there:From Plaza Catalunya, walk down on Las Ramblas. The forth street on the right side of Las Ramblas is Carme street. Number 10 of the street is few meters away, on the right side of the street.

If you are the type that like a holiday that free and easy and you like to come and go as, how and when you please, then you won't do much better that these apartments. Everything is basic and simple; you have plenty of space; the beds are reasonably comfortable. The unmanned aspect may be off putting for some; but on the two occasions when we had to make contact for an iron and some minor repairs, they were taken care of within 2 hours. Location is brilliant, and in Barcelona, location is everything.
All was good, located in the best place on the corner of Rambla’s, the market one minute walk, the supermarket and a restaurant “eat as you can” in the same st. as the hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and managed with the entrance door very easy. Nobody entered our flat during the week to change the towels or clean it. we had a small balcony looking over the st. the flat was big and comfortable.
Rate is for 2 people; if you are 3 or 4, please use extra person option. Apartments totally refurbished in an historic building next to Liceu Theatre and Las Ramblas.Studio apartments with a comfortable living area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin. We provide towels and linen as well.
Excellent accomodations, best that we have had in over 6 weeks in europe. my only criticism was the smaller size of the hot water heater, might prove problematic for larger numbers of people or those who like longer showers. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
This apartment was such a treat after staying at budget hotels in Spain. It was very comfortable, great location, walking distance from all the best sights, the Rambler, faboulous under cover food market, bread and pastry shop. We loved it.
We stayed Nov 29 to Dec 2. It was in a great location off the Las Ramblas. I would stay here again.
Modern unserviced apartment. Excellent location just off La Rambla.
