Feel Good Plaza Real Apartments Barcelona

Very clean,renovated,kitchen well equipped. However, i felt we got smaller apartment than what we had booked (40sqm), but it was enough for 2 persons who spent most of the day outside. Location is advantage and disadvantage at the same time - it's just a few steps from Placa Reial and a few steps from La Rambla, also the port and beaches are just a few minutes walking distance away, but it was very noisy outside during the nights and you could easily hear everything into your room.If you don't mind that,it's a really good place to stay,especially for the price offered by [your website].

A bit of a pain to find as the entrance is down an alleyway and only has a small name plate next to the door. But the location for walking around is excellent. The apartment is adequate for 2 people, but no more. Clean and tidy. Value for money. The one downside to being so close to everything is the outside noise. It echoed from both ends of the alleyway constantly all night until about 5am..! Did not sleep much!

Careful to get there in office hours we had to pay 50 euros extra to get into the apartment. The location was difficult to find as it is a small alley and is only a single door (not well identified). Very well located near the Ramblas and good value for money. Would certainly recommend.

...watch out the 20hr check-in rule. It counts the time you enter the apartment in order to pay the extra 25EUR. Otherwise a super apartment fully equiped and the location is just great!

our stay at the Feel Good Plaza Real Apartments Barcelona was magnificent!! After a very difficult morning, once we arrived to our apartment we experienced instant comfort... newly renovated, very clean large and spacious situated in a quiet street just around the corner of Barcelona's many attractions!! The comforts of this apartment would surely satisfy any traveller.

The apartment was just off Plaza Real - slightly dodgy street but still felt very safe. Very new, very clean, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

If you decide to stay here, my advice is to call the apartment company as soon as you arrive in Barcelona (e.g. at the airport) to arrange key collection, otherwise you may have to hang around Plaza Real for over an hour with your baggage. To receive the key, you must sign an agreement which contains your passport and credit card info.

The duvet was dirty, there were marks on the floor tiles, the shower was tiny. The locaiton was very central but loud at night.

Shower did not drain properly, therefore only able to wash for 7 seconds. TV had no channel changer and bad reception.

We did not get the original apartment we booked - they had changed the address without informing us. Also, the time we were supposed to get the keyes (no concierge) was delayed 2 hours, forcing us change our evening plans. We only learned about these changes after arriving&calling them, so we found the right address after long time walking around. Otherwise people were friendly and spoke fairly good English. The appartment was fine, but not as nice as the pictures from our original booking.

Was impressed as apartment (Nou de Zurbano 6) was literally 30s walk off Las Ramblas. Was a bit worried about it being a dodgy side street but Plaza Real is 10s away with what seemed a constant police presence, so no trouble at all in the week I was there. TV? Yes. Cd/Radio player? Not that I saw. Rang number and met staff outside easily enough, he was good lad + gave some good recomendations. I'd use again.

Apartment was very clean and had all the facilities but lounge area was very small. Shower head did not stay up and the shower itself was tiny hardly room to turn around.

Smaller than We imagined. Scruffy rooms Only enough hot water for 1 shower at a time, we had to wait 20 minutes between showers. Probably for a stay longer than 5 days a small washing machine would be more useful than the oven.

To bad the (very small) elavator was not working on the day of check out. The location is in the city center. So it's perfect for those who want to party. It's very noisy during the night. It's not possible to let your bugy downstairs and getting it upstairs is a very hard job.

We had a great time there!

This is in a great location and can walk the rambla as much as you want, but there is a nightclub and walkway right underneath and so noise is a issue and sleeping is a problem. the shower is tiny so if you are medium to large then showering is a problem. P.S there was no free wine as stated.

For a stay in a private apartment block with the locals it was a good experience, just don't expect front desk reception.

Great location and apartment.

Great location. Easy access to the metro - only a 3 min walk down La Rambla. As in many parts of barcelona, Apartment was clean and had a full kitchen which is nice if you are on a budget.
