Fern Motel has 18 fully self-contained, well-appointed ground-floor units with natural surroundings. All units have ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, heatpump/aircon, SKY TV and free wireless internet. We offer standard and deluxe units. Deluxe units are beautiful, having been completely refurbished with new kitchens and flat-screen TVs. A nice quite location, unit quite small but all you could want is there, the bed abit soft and saggy

While this Motel is approx 10 minutes from Napier,it was a direct route into town.Owners were informative and helpful with queries.Very clean with new beds and refurbished rooms.Double glazed windows provided protection from traffic noise.
