"The head deskman was less than helpful with questions and somewhat arrogant. Whether this was cultural or just the person is unknown.

"Excellent situation in the Santa Cruz district with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access on foot to the main attractions (Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar). Finding the hotel by car was tricky, through the one-way system and we were grateful that a member of staff parked it in their garage for us! Good buffet breakfast; hotel restaurant looked very nice but we ate out each night. Would definitely stay here again." - Anonymous
