Fernando III Hotel Seville

"The hotel is in one of the best spots in Seville. Walking distance to a number of sites, including the hop on hop off bus. There is a good tourist informations centre in a hotel along the road. Lots of places to eat. Staff in the hotel are not all that helpful. Small pool on the roof was welome in the heat. " - Jean Brandt

"Overall very good hotel in excellent location with splendid rooftop pool. Decor in public areas is very Spanish, slightly dated, but for us this added to its charm. Rooms are pretty standard. One member of staff (manager?) was unhelpful when we asked for info on car hire - we asked again later (to one of his colleagues) and she booked it for us - very handy as we don't speak Spanish. We traveled as 2 adults and 2 children and were given interconnecting twin rooms (without asking) which was a nice surprise. Location is perfect for visiting main tourist attractions with many bars and restaurants right outside the hotel - plus a great, authentic flamenco show just a couple of minutes walk away. Rooftop pool was a great asset in heat of Seville summer - not huge but plenty of room to cool down in. Recommended. " - John Williams
