Excellent hotel.. excellent location, friendly staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Overall, good value for money, staff friendly & helpful. Good location.
Very nice, cosy little hotel with great location: peacuful, clean and beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel staff and desk could not have been more friendly. They were as personable and personal as a five star hotel. The house keeping staff was particularly conscientous as well. The lobby was surprisingly nicely appointed for a three star hotel. Likewise, my room was more attractive than I would have expected for a three star hotel. There was great attention to small details. It's a great little hotel.
This was a great hotel with so much charm - in a great location just down the road from cafes, restaurants, shops etc what more could you ask for..It was a shame breakfast wasn't included but you have so many options down the road that are cheaper than the hotel..I walked everywhere.
Very good value for money. The location is excellent for walking around Paris, as most sights are strollable. Also if one arrives on the Eurostar it is only a short trip on the Metro (with no changes) from Gare du Nord to the hotel. The hotel is located on a quiet street and the staff are most welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are not huge but then that is standard for Paris. Highly recommended.
Great Hotel. Not new but well-kept. The staff was terrific- very helpful and patient in a crisis. (We had one while we were there). Could not beat the location - safe, near 2 Metro stations. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat and I would love to go back.
Room rather small - not a lot of room to walk around the bed. Reception very helpful. Not great value for money.
A delightful hotel in a terrific Paris quartier. The recently refurbished facilities were top of the range for three stars - comfortable and spotless. Front desk staff were excellent. I have stayed in many Parisien hotels at twice the price, without the same high standards.
Room was small, but that is not unusual for Paris hotels, most of which (of this type) are coverted houses.
We had the benifit of an upgraded room which was excellent. A bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. An excellent location with many places to eat near by and a short walk to the left bank. Hotel "Old world" with antique furniture, beautiful light fittings, wonderful paintings and prints on the walls. Very clean and Madame at front desk very helpful. Excellent breakfast, either al a cart or continental. I will definately be staying there again on my next visit to Paris
Simply great, people are very friendly. you cannot ask more for such a price. angelo, 11/8/08
