Ferrary Hotel Taipei

Having stayed here only one night, I like it here for the 3 stars hotel, better than i thought...clean and staff is friendly. The only down side is it's quite far from the Ximending area, when got off train at Ximen station, we need to walk a little more than 15 mins to get to the hotel and that's not very convenient when we come from airport with big luggages. So i'm not a big fan with location but anything else are fine.

Our Singaporean family of 4 stayed at two rooms of twin beds for 3 nights upon arrival to Taipei and also on the last night prior to departure after our DIY around the Taiwan island trip. Hotel location is convenient - about 10 min walk to nearby Ximen MRT station and HuaXi Street night-market. Receptionist service is polite and warm, with a fair understanding of English. Despite the room space is a bit small, the bathroom is well equipped and clean. Air-conditioning is working well and the room is quiet with double glazed windows. There is wireless easy access to Internet and 24-hours TV programs of 100 channels. Laundry and Drying facility is available free of charge at top floor. Breakfast included but quality and variety can be improved. Overall, it is a value for money hotel for vacation stay.

We got the deluxe (VIP) room but still there is a bad smell as if someone was smoking in the room besides, but it is all non-smoking though. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We were in 9th floor and it was not noisy at all. The breakfast and staff are OK and it is very near to Ximen MRT station, only 10min walking.

The single room I stayed had dam smell, but when my second visit and stayed at a Delux room, the room was much better and no odd smell. A bit noise and breakfast is too simple. One morning when I went for breakfast after 9am, there are only few plate with food.

This hotel provide free Laundry as part of theroom price. About a10 minute walk from the main action.

the price are reasonable for sauna deluxe room , it take about 10min walking distance to mrt station, the staff are helpful and sevice is good !

The service staff are helpful and polite. The room and toliet are clean. As for the location, there is some distance to Ximen MRT station, but there are numerous good eating shops around the area.

Very nice place. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good - a decent selection of Asian and Western food. The room was clean and comfortable. No more than 10 mins walk from Ximen MRT. I'd definitely stay there again. It's a charming hotel in a nice building. Very good value for money.

Stayed there for 2 days. Everything is fine and the location is good . Will recommend this hotel to others.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds and washrooms are very clean, exceeded my expectation. The breakfast was also above average, compared to other hotels in the same area. There is even a laundry room (equipped with washing powder and laundry bag) that is very useful for travellers staying more than 3 days. The only issue I have is that it is very far away from the MRT stations. It takes around 15-20 minutes to walk to the station. But overall, I will recommend others to this hotel.

location is good..near ximending market..overall, had a pleasant stay in this hotel..

Hotel near plenty of local hot pot eateries & within walking distance to ximengding (prob at least 3 blocks away). We had 3 rooms - 2 were decorated, one not. Requested non-smoking room on non-smoking floor, but there's still stale cigarette smoke lingering around. Reception Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is above average for Taiwan hotel std.

Initially I booked 3 nights stay but extended to 10 nights from Nov 13 to 23, 2009 due to the following reasons: 1. Hotel room with window, bathroom and bedsheets very clean. 2. Service level delivery excellent. Reception Desk, one lady (did not get the name though) can speak English was helpful and sincere to help me choose the right local tours and remind me to put on warm overcoat for the tour. 3. Location is great, within walking distance to eatries, shopping and Ximen MRT (10 mins walk) . Only one stop to Taipei Main MRT Station where you can board the HSR (High Speed Rail) to other parts of Taiwan. 4, Pricing is GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY which include the daily breadfast- changes every day and the piping hot smooth porridge was heavenly on cold mornings. 5. Facilities - gym etc should be good but no time to use them. I totally enjoyed my 10 nights stay in Ferrary Hotel Taipei, a 3-star with 5-star service level delivery.
