"Great views of the CBD. Marvellous floor to ceiling glass patio. Big appartments with everything you needed house-wise. Plenty of plates, cups, utensils, appliances etc. More inroom information would be good, there was nothing at all about facilities/floor levels/fire-emergency plans (not even a gideons bible). There were no signs in the halls directing to rooms so you had to find your own way the first time and remember. The elevators could be slow getting to your floor and tempermental at times, the RFID card system seemed to be troubling it. The hotels cabled broadband was very poor, $20 per day and never achieved better than dialup speed. All up would stay there again on longer trips for the space of the appartments and location. Shorter trips I would stay in my usual smaller but cheaper rate hotel which is in a slightly better location." - Pat Cahill

"Noisy, should be double glased and better window blinds and or curtains for reduction of light pollution. The airconditioning was not working properly. Badly sealing front door (big gap under door).Not good enough for a newly build unit." - Dirk Petermann

"The lifts have no air conditioner. Thus they get very hot and stuffy (smelly) when they are packed with people and their luggage. Some of the lifts should be designated to stop at certain (limited) floors to reduce the time waiting for the lifts to get to the ground floor or to the top floor (40th) where I stayed. It took me a fair while to go from ground floor to the 40th, eventhough floors 1 to 15 have been bypassed. The location is excellent and the price is reasonable for the 2 bedroom apartment I stayed in. I do hope that something will be done to the lifts when I return in the near future." - Intho Taylor
