Child Policy:Children under 12 years stay and eat free when sharing a room with adults, using existing bed arrangement. (Maximum 2 children per Bure). Except 2 Bedroom Bure where extra two persons can be accommodated, maximum 6 people in a two bedroom Bure. An extra bed or cot can be added to a room FOC but not both, except for the two Bedroom Bure.
Fantastic place away from city of NADI. Along a very nice stretch of blue beach with affordable beach front villas, and they have Daily activitie programs to keep you entertained and relaxed..... Recommended to anyone who wish for seclusion and great service. Fantastic place to bring the WHOLE family!
Lovely spot to unwind. beautiful gardens, private bures, felt like I was on a 2nd honeymoon, staff excellent and friendly, meals from the "all day menu" well priced and delicious, ATM in lobby very handy, nice stretch of beach to walk along right outside resort, use "Coral Sun" bus as about a 2 1/2 hour trip from Nadi, booking needed for bus use Rosie travel, great resort for families
All bures have IDD telephones, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, ensuite bathroom, hair dryers, iron, ironing board and complimentary toiletries. Fresh tropical fruits in bure on day of arrival.
The resort was big compared to many others yet small enough to be treated with a personal touch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were excellent - for all ages. We look forward to staying there in the future (which is already booked, tho not long enough!!!). Don't remember getting a "Thank you" card but perhaps we did...certainly not expected.
I know its Fiji but some of the activities advertised didn't happen or where rather poor- it take a cocunut consisted of handing around a piece of coconut.
Great location for a girls getaway
Would definitley recommend. We had a fabulous time and the staff were some of the friendliest, most lovely people we have ever met. A place where you can do lots each day or do nothing. We will definitely be going back again.
This is a great place for families, always something going on run by enthusiastic and friendly staff. The whole site is more cramped than some other Coral Coast hotels, but there are quiet spots if you don't have kids. Breakfast is great and included in the price; the rest of the food is so-so.
We found Fiji resorts generally expensive, but within this genre, the Hideaway was very good - the staff excellent and caring. Entertainment was ongoing and sufficiently varied weekly. We enjoyed very much our stay.
The first two nights were problematic, the airconditioning broke and a fuse blew which meant we had to move to a different bure at 11:30 at night. After that, the resort was fine. The food is magnificent!!!!! Well priced with HUGE portions. A 1L bottle of water was about $5 fijian dollars, which is reasonable. The staff were for the majority of the time extremely helpful and the pool although crowded at lunch times was both beautiful and relaxing as well as always clean. Loved the outdoor shower, exactly what was needed in the middle of a fijian summer day. Refreshing and private. Overall great resort with a couple of rough edges.
We enjoyed our stay at Hideaway; the food was superb, position fabulous and the staff excellent and very obliging. Put on your snorkel gear, walk out of your Bure and straight into the Coral Lagoon - amazing. We will return to Hideaway before too long we miss Fiji already.
We had the most fabulous trip to Fiji! The Resort was great and the staff were fantastic. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful one.
