Fiori Apartments Sydney

Rooms are very small compared to the value. Rooms were clean, but the balcony was absolutely dirty. Only one remote control available for three ACs. Cutleries were not properly clean. Location is good. Plenty of restaurants and indian shops available.

Although the apartment was not as clean as I would have expected, nevertheless the accommodation was good. Close to all facilities and the views from the apartment that I occupied were great. If the need arises again I will definitely stay there again.

A nice clean apartment close to everything, ideal for a short business stay. Hassal St has two parts so you can get caught out if starting at the wrong end, no other issues

Well-located and well-appointed with a nice aspect from the balcony. This was my second visit so that probably speaks for itself.

Staff: friendly and helpful. Handy location ( ie station and Parramatta CBD, restaraunts) Amenities: Very modern and smart decore with all mod cons. Impressive security

Fiori was excellent for a Parramatta business stay. Everything I needed was in walking distance.

Very close to Parramatta Station and CBD. The room was better than I had expected and the price was competitive. I will certainly use again if I need to stay over.

This was very good value for money. I had business in Parramatta, and the location was excellent. Very nicely appointed room.

Stylish, but sterile and uncomfortable. Tiled floor throughout, and when you get into bed it immediately rolls to the other side of the room, so you can't sit up and read! Even worse, there was NOWHERE comfortable to sit. No small sofa, no armchair. Just two spartan armless dining chairs, a table and a bed. Not good enough!!! I won't be back.
