Getting there:From the Airport: - By Aerobus, your stop is "Plaza España" which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. - By Train: Situated on the west part of the Airport Terminal. Train service every 30 minutes to Barcelona "Sants" train station where you can take the subway (2 stops to Plaza España) or a taxi. - By taxi: Barcelona hast 11.000 taxis which are easily identificable by their yellow and black colour. It take between 15/20 minutes. Aprox. rate: 25 €

A very good hotel even if its infrastructures are a little bit old (gymnasium and swimming pool) but a so excellent service provided. Very calm location (Montjuïc) but you have to ask for a backstreet room. The breakfast is just EX-CEL-LENT ! Therethemore, on the right side of Plaça d'Espanya, we rent a bycicle for 6 €/day and it was great to visit Barcelona without any stress nor tiredness.
Well run Hotel. Very quiet. Room was large and well serviced. Hotel is near Mont Juc so close to major art galleries but a 30 min walk into central Barcelona. All catering especially breakfast. Happy to stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a fairly modern business hotel style. Location (right next to Montjuic) was excellent for us, but not necessarily for someone more interested in the central Barcelona activities. Quiet neighborhood. No personal touch.

This hotel was a great find, and as it was off season we got a great price and a free upgrade when we requested it. It is very close to Montjuic, and the City Hop-on Hop-off buses stop in the nearby Plaza de Espana so it was handy enough for most of the sites we wanted to visit, and at the same time it was a nice quiet location. With the best will in the world, I never got to use the Pool or the Gym but I'm sure they too were clean and well-kept. The most impressive feature though has to be the size of the rooms - it is so great to have so much room to spread!
Excellent hotel with great service. Weekend pricing a bit high (reverse of most US hotels which discount on weekend) but still not unrealistic for the quality of hotel.

The hotel was lovely, clean & spacious but located away from the main centre or harbour so we had to get a short taxi ride to & from places. However, it still worked out good value even with the taxi costs & the staff were very nice & helpful too.
Very friendly and efficient service, large rooms which are also very quiet. Convenient connections by Metro.

Enjoyed our stay at Fira Palace, although a little away from the centre it is beside the Magic Fountains, and about 5 mins from the nearest metro at Placa Espana. Very nice hotel and even nicer lit up for Christmas.
Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Friendly, very competent staff, parking on premises ,surprisingly good hotel restaurant, nice, WARM indoor pool.Big, comfortable ,quiet,well equipped rooms, however beds are too firm for my wife's taste
Staff very friendly, got an upgrade suite foc. Food very good for breakfast and dinner. Location excellent. Web page on internet does not do this hotel justice. Highly recommend this hotel and will go back.

Good place to stay. Quite close to Espanya metro station, so no problem with travelling to and from the city center. Calm and clean, very large rooms.
