Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin Guest Reviews

4 out of 5

Warm and inviting reception seating area during our winter stay. Reception staff efficient and professional, but seemingly indifferent. All other staff pleasant and aware. Room was fine for a 4 night stay. Bathroom clean, organised and well stocked. Nice touch with turn down service and chocolates. There are no net curtains, only opaque screens that cut out any sun that might sneak in. So either watch your neighbours (and they you) or turn on the lights! Breakfast is highly overpriced considering the options only 5 minutes stroll away.

3.4 out of 5

The location of the hotel is very good. Across the road from the Stephens Green park and close to the shopping district. The hotel itself is boring with the rooms small and uneventful.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is right in the centre with all the shops, clubs and bar just around the corner. The staff were very pleasant. The room was not massive but very cosy. We booked into the citron restaurant which was nice, they do an early bird menu for only 25 euro for three courses.I will definatly be coming back to this hotel.the room rate does not include breakfast, which costs about 25 euro per person. if you head out to grafton street which is only around the corner, [other hotel] do a full irish breakfast alot cheaper.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping. I would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic location and beautiful room (exec double). The concierge and front desk staff were great. The tub in the bathroom was the longest I've ever seen - I'm 5'9" and I could stretch out fully with only my toes touching the end and barely keep my head above the water! Great soaps and shampoos too and even a yummy box of chocolates on the pillow at night. Well worth the splurge!!

The hotel was really lovely and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We were upgraded free of charge to a room with a balcony and view over Stephen's Green which was great. The location is great for enjoying Dublin and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin.

I have stayed in a number of 5 star Dublin hotels and this is probably the best. Unbeatable combination of price, location and service. Would recommend.

A really nice, upmarket hotel in as good a location as is possible in Dublin. Highly recommended.

Excellent position in St. Stephens Green. Staff on arrival very helpful. Same when checking out. Close to all amenities. Grafton Street just a minute away. Temple bar 5 minutes walk. Loved every minute. Would recommend it to anyone. One night not enough. Look forward to returning some time.
