"Had to ask for the luxury suite we booked, as we were not given it to start with.
Food in the mini bar was dusty.
Swiming pool was definately not heated.
Furniture was dated, wallpaper peeling in some places.
This place was more of a 3 star motel, than a 4 star hotel.

"Pre booking proved hopeless - room not ready at 5.00pm amd when an alternative room was offered there was someone asleep in the bed. Poor service, grubby facilities and uninformed reception service" - Don Read
"Gym was out of action which was bit of a shame, but the pool is good and the location is awesome - near the beach and some lush pubs and restaurants nearby! Highly recommended, although it's not situated in the city centre (2km)." - Aaron Davies
