Getting there:From Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, it is a 20 minute drive from the City Link free way. You will need to take the Dynon road exit, which becomes Spencer Street and then left onto Dudley Street. A Taxi will cost approximately A$48.00 or alternatively the sky bus will drop you directly at the hotel (Mon to Friday 6am to 9:30 p.m. . Sat 7.30 am to 6 p.m. Sunday 7:30 am to 6 pm.) at a cost of A$16 one way or A$26 return
Check-in Procedure:Chech in 2 pm. Quote your sir-name to the reception staff and we will be happy to check you in. We would ask that you provide a credit card with balance of payment (credit card or cash) and a form of ID upon arrival, for a copy to be taken.

Liiked this hotel. Rooms were basic but place was quiet and staff very helpful. A small bar and food outlet in the foyer. Excellent location close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes. Close to Markets and Spencer Street bus/train & shopping and Docklands. A great for being in the city, I'll stay here again
Loved this place - someone always on the desk - all the basics were there, plus a quiet location and walking distance (withing 20 minutes walking) of the Casino, Lygon St, City Centre, Markets - in other words just about everything.

The accommondation was awesome clean and large, I have stayed in many countries around the world and to me these accommondations where better then some of the 4 star places. I recommend this as a great place to stay long or short turn thanks

budget room- room smelt of cigarette smoke, although supposed to be non smoking room. lighting poor. television very poor reception. Staff friendly and helpful.
Parking is limited or not at all. Would be good if there were more options. The airconditioner in my room didn't work well at all.
Motel like area on the second flor. The seperation is like a coble stone street with neat fountains. Very clean and practical as loc ation in melbourne.
This is a very clean and tidy motel. Sadly there is no lift but the service is excellent and it has FREE car parking! Good value for money but the 'Courtyard' could be updated.
Location is close to the City Centre and to Victoria Market and Harbour Town. Very good value for money!
The only problem that I encountered was that it was a very noisy venue. Other guests could sit outside my room if they wished to smoke and so this is what happened. They not only had a smoke but drinks as well and chatted loudly with no consideration for others who may have wanted to sleep. This area made all noise resound and echoed. In future I would prefer to stay in another room not in this part of the hotel as all other facilites were fine.
Great being able to open window onto courtyard and get fresh air all night. Plenty crockery and cutlery would just like a few wine glasses as is great to sit outside and have a wine pre going out!

Hotel requires some maintainence but is generally clean. Rooms smelt damp and musky. There is no lift which sucks because you are required to lift your luggage. However there is free foxtel in the room. Hotel is in average location. You need to be prepared to walk 15-20 to attractions/ shops.

Good, cheap and simple accomodation witin an easy walk to the city centre. No fuss, would stay here again.
Nothing wrong with this hotel at all but would probably not stay here again only because we were expecting a "refurbished" room and got something out of the 1940's. Staff were helpful when we requested an upgraded room but still charged us... Let's just keep in mind that photo's on website's don't always reflect EVERY room available. Location is good but not great. In terms of value for money, pretty good.
