"Entrance is grand looking but if you book a single room here then it's extremely small and faces a wall, no balconies available as all the single rooms face the same way. One light wasn't working, they didn't have any irons to provide, clothes would have to be sent to a ironing service place which took some time." - Anonymous

"Very little to fault. Last minute booking which, compared to rack rate in room, was extremely good. One minor problem during stay dealt with in about 15 minutes - impressive. Appears to have the facilities you would expect of a large hotel." - Paul Heard

"Overall I was very disappointed in Flora Hotel Sorrento. It is classed as being in Tasso Square Sorrento, it is a good 15 min walk from Tasso Square on a busy main street. The Hotel is also classed as a 4 star, my opinion is that the Hotel is a low 3 star. We were initially given room 113. If you do stay in this hotel ensure you do not get this room, it is tiny with a view (you can actually touch) of a brick wall from your small window. We requested a room change which was initially not dealt with favourably but because we were prepared to leave the hotel they did change our room to an equally small room with a balcony which had also no view. The bedrooms are small and are in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was of a very poor quality, so much so that I could not eat it at all. On an upside, the waiters were friendly. The hotel did not ruin our stay in beautiful Sorrento, however I would not recommend the hotel or the location nor will I stay in this hotel again." - Anonymous
