"1. The days before checking in after having booked the hotel, I was worried about the place because other hotel booking sites rated this hotel very badly. However, it turned out to be a decent hotel in terms of the location and the price. 2. Never try to walk to this hotel with your luggage. Although it claims to be just 10 minutes' walk from the Midi, the way that leads to the hotel is rough and uneven. Besides, if you are in the Midi station for the first time, you would get lost finding the right exit out of the total 10+ (hint: use the one that passes Haagen Datz and Subway Sandwich). 3. From Brussels airport, don't take a taxi. They will rip you off. Although the normal price should be about 20 Euros, everybody ends up paying about 55 Euros, local included. Try the train instead. It costs about 3 to the Midi and then take a taxi to the hotel." - Monson Marukatat

"We got a spacious room in a hotel only five minutes walk from Central Midi. It´s a 15 min walk to Grand Place. No check-in before 1500, and don´t you dare ask again before the clock has stroken three times. Very unfriendly staff, you don´t feel welcome at all. " - Bjorn Rasen
