Flots D'Azur Hotel Nice

The good thing about the hotel is its location and the friendly and helpful staff. Apart from that one can find a much better hotel for less money. The hotel is dirty and smelly. There are stains all over the carpets in the halls and in the rooms as well as on bed and sofa covers. On the other hand the bed linen and towels were clean. The room was pretty small. There was a confusion with our room the first day. We checked in and we went out. When we came back there were other people and luggage there. It turned out that they gave us the wrong room and they had moved all our luggage in another one. The "parking" can accomodate only 3 cars parked in an Indian file and it is not guarded. We were even asked to leave our car key at the reception in orther to have the car moved.

Perfect location (across the road from beach), room was a ghastly red and more like a revamped cellar but clean and decent bathroom. Also had mini fridge in room which was handy. Great location at reasonable price if you are not looking for frills.

I had a double room with the view over the sea, it was just perfect. The people at the reception were very kind. I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants something nice for not so much money.

A great little hotel right on the sea front, my room was very small but had everything I needed. The view from the balcony more than made up for the room size. The bath room was very small and in need of a refit but towels were clean each day and the shower had plenty of hot water on tap. Not your grand 4* hotel or even 3 but freindly and would stay there again.

This hotel is in an excellent location, is spotlessly clean, has very friendly, efficient staff and is very good value for money. the bed was very comfortable and as I said, everything was spotless.

Small family hotel, located on the promenade. Good location, very clean rooms, ours was with a great sea view and a balcony. I had a great stay here. I can recommend staying here.

This hotel is small and comfortable and very good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel recently for 5 nights. The Staff were great & really helpful. Although it is a 15 minute walk from the main tourist area (The Old City), its' proximity to the promonade/beach is fantastic (just across the road!). The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the bus/train station & the bus stop to/from the Airport is less than 1 minute away. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We secured this reservation for our first night after arriving in Nice, and liked it so much for its simplicity, view, vibe, seaside location and price that we booked it for our last night before flying out of Nice after ten days of touring around the French and Italian Rivieras. The staff is very helpful, and have good English. It is a small place with only ten or so rooms, and is a hike down the Promenade des Anglais from the area that we liked aroung old Nice. Comparatively speaking, however, it represented great value for price. We decided that this would be a great place to return to in the future.

We were travelling in the low- season. Good value hotel.

This is a sweet little hotel with charming, helpful staff. The rooms could do with a lick of paint but the sheets and towels are changed every day. There are no extras, like kettles or hairdryers, in the room but who wants to stay indoors when the sea is on your doorstep. It is an ideal hotel for a short, inexpensive break in Nice.
