"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were very happy with our choice. Right in the heart of the city within easy walking distance to everything. Pleased with the 'No Noise' policy this hotel practises. There is a Breakfast room with a share fridge and a hot water urn is left on so you can make a hot drink. "If you just want a place to sleep and don't care about luxury this is the place for you. It was clean but the rooms are small and not alot of facilities but it was great value for money. We had 2 bunk beds (great for 4 people and not having to get 2 rooms) a shower, toilet and TV, the room was clean and the beds were actually comfortable. It was in the heart of the city close to public transport or walking distance to alot of things as well. If you are on a budget great place to stay." - Deanne Galea

Hotel description:

Hotel Formule 1 Melbourne CBD is ideally located in the heart of Melbourne city centre on Elizabeth Street, and only minutes from Flinders Street Station. A great base to enjoy shopping, Restaurants and experience Melbourne's fantastic nightlife.

The facilities are basic but very clean and tidy. All rooms contain bed, shower, toilet, TV, cooling/heating & clock radio. The rooms DO NOT contain tea/coffee, phones or fridges. Quite frankly we are not everyones cup of tea, but if you just need a bed for the night that presents great value - you will be very happy here. The staff are freindly & helpful and we love what we do, we think the product is terrific.
