Check-in Procedure:Reception Hours are 8.00 am to 5.30 pm. For check-in outside reception hours contact reception during open hours to arrange late check in.
Car parking:Complimentary off street parking which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles per villa.
Child Policy:Tariffs are per villa, no additional charge for use of all existing bedding. Extra guests are charged at $22.00 per rollaway bed (one time payment). Cots are available at $11.00 (one time payment). Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel.
Love this place!! Location is great and the facilities are more than you expect. I have stayed here twice this year and recommend it highly. There is enough space in the apartment for the family. Really enjoyed my stay

2 Bedroom Self contained Luxury Spa Villa
The apartment was clean, spacious and had a view of the pool and tennis courts. The location next to the inlet was beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed and serene. The kitchen had eberything we needed to prepare and enjoy great food - will plan to stay longer next time.
We found that the staff were not very helpful in directing us to room. We found that parking was no were near room so we had to make the trip several times to car to unload things, with two very annoyed kids, oh and also in the rain!. Would not recommend for an easy stay.

Lovely place for primary school aged children. Need a vehicle or boat to get around.Cannot park car near room. They should provide wheelbarrow or something to take luggage to room in. Otherwise a nice place to stay lovely pool not heated though.

Great value for money! We stayed here for a week. Apartments were spacious and comfortable. Bit of a drive from town, but great location with a car. Shame the internet is not inclusive of price.
Spacious apartment with great balcony over the pool. Master bedroom had a walk-in robe to the ensuite, second room had a large bathroom. Great Showers, big lounge, comfy beds. Car essential as a few k's from town. Beautiful restaurant in the complex. Shame the internet is an additional charge, but reasonable price for a week stay.
Found the stay really comfortable and just wish it had been longer. It is so close to everything yet the bush makes you feel away from it all. Highly recommended - receptionist was fantastic and so friendly.
Great villa's although the furniture is a bit dated. Facilities- the swimming pool is not heated and the gym equipment rusty. Great onsite restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner although does not open until 9am some days. Very friendly staff! Overall I would recommend
The security guy checked us in after hours and he was very polite and helpful. We had the best brekkie at the restuarant. I had the French toast, and hubby had the omlette. We even saw a dolphin in the canal at the restaurant. We will be back.
This resort is very nice in looks and setting. Alas there were two weddings on the weekend I stayed there and the noise from them was very intrusive to our room. My suggestion "Dont get a room that overlooks the pool". When I complained that the noise was keeping me awake, they just looked at me like a was a grinch.
our flight to Perth was delayed by over 3 hours and by the time we drove to Mandurah it was 2 in the morning - we contacted Security and he guy was really helpful and was there in no time to let us in. Great stuff
