"Given the chain affiliation and star rating I was expecting a little more. Furniture, decor, and carpet need updating; lobby and overall ambience very bland. It does come en suite, though, and the location is city center so I could do with the lack of upkeep. Front desk persons were young, hip type, whom although pleasant and accommodating weren't necessarily jumping out of their seats for service.
