Fountain Court Apartments offer a refreshing and practical alternative to a hotel bedroom with each of our locations being designed and equipped specifically for the individual corporate guest or for those travelling to Edinburgh for leisure. Although the apartments are self catering, an initial starter pack of oven fresh baker’s loaf, preserves, butter, breakfast cereals, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits is provided on arrival.
The accommodation is provided in a secure environment with CCTV and entryphone system.
Our serviced apartments offer a variety of choice to suit your requirements, ranging from spacious studios to our one and two bedroom residences which are perfect for longer stays, groups and families |

Our new apartments on Morrison Street offer exceptional value for the leisure traveller, situated in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh, only a short walk to Princes Street and approximately 15-20 minutes to the Edinburgh's famous Castle.
From Haymarket Railway Station turn right towards the traffic lights and cross Dalry Road, proceed up Morrison Street At the next set of lights cross to the left hand side of the street, walk pass the grey cake shop & Pendletons Too. Fountain Court Apartments is located at 228 Morrison Street next door to Pendletons Too. The Airport city link bus stops at Haymarket.
The Fountain Court Office is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Please can you confirm your travel arrangements and expected time of arrival? This is to ensure that someone is here to meet you on arrival and hand over the keys.
