Four Points By Sheraton Downtown Dubai

Excellent hotel. Service was very good and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai.

Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff here. I would definitely stay here again. They have a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall, also to the beach. The bus doesn't run very often but taxi's are really cheap.

Very clean and spacious room - we had a Starwood Preferred Guest Room. Small rooftop pool and bar area. Not a great location in downtown Dubai over 1km walk to nearest metro station, but free shuttlebus services to beach and mall and taxis easy to get. Excellent service from helpful and friendly staff.

Very friendly service with good sized rooms. The location is good, taxi's readily available, shuttle bus to Mall of the Emirates and the Beach Park. Short walk to restaurant's and shopping malls.

Clean well organised. Rooms very large and comfortable. No veiws except close by buildings.

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated the amenities on offer within the hotel.

The Classic Room was a very good size, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if the rates were this much all the time.

The room was suprisingly spacious with a large bed, a seating area with couch, chairs etc all of which were of a very good quality. The bathroom was well fitted out and generally I was more than happy with the room which was kept clean through my stay. The pool was lovely, the business centre useful and bar & cafe of good quality, the location is not great in terms of things to do , restaurants etc but otherwise I could n't fault it and I would stay again

Rooms are very spacious and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is close to major shopping centers and airport. I would definitely stay again.

Great Place For What It Cost. Would Do It Again!!!

Excellent hotel, located in a great spot for all the attractions Dubai has to offer. Hotels staff were extremely polite and helpful with all requests for help, directions, etc... The hotel features a roof top pool and indoor gymnasium, which was nice to have whilst on holidays. Will be staying there again...

Being first time visitors to Dubai we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a great location walking distance to the creek, several restaurants, shopping centres and supermarkets. Staff were very freindly and helpful. No problems catching a taxi from the front of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice new hotel, location is ok. The abr is average but a new pub is under construction and that may liven the place up. I couldn't get cell phone coverage in my room though.

It was very expensive but I guess it was just expensive in all of Dubai the weekend we stayed! Other than that the rooms were comfortable and quite spacious and breakfast was pretty good too.

Staff were excellent and so was the preffered room that I had. The evening buffet in the restaurant was always good.

Vey helpful and friendly staff, we came in Dubai with an early flight and were able to check in before 08:00 am in the morning. They changed a biljet of 50 DHRs for free after I accidently teared it to pieces. Location is OK but the building is not to stylish from the outside. The swimmingpool is somewhat small. The rooms are very big and realy modern (refurbished in 2005 I guess).
