Four Points By Sheraton Hotel Darling Harbour Sydney

Enjoyable overnight stay at this ideally located hotel. Room was adequate with comfortable bedding and pillows. Bathroom was showing its age , and very basic extras supplied. Ice machine on our floor and ice bucket in our room was a plus on this occasion. Restaurant a la carte menu was good and meal was lovely. Seafood barbeque and buffet was also on offer, but as we had theater tickets, not an option for us on this occasion.

Stayed here for 2 nights, was pleased to find that we were able to check in early, about 11am instead of 3pm and given a room straight away. Room was very clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walking distance to both darling harbour and the city. Only downside is the hotel's lack of pool or spa facilities, otherwise an excellent hotel and would definitely go back.

Hotel was very nice, clean and all the hotel staff that we came in contact with were very professional and courteous.

Location and staff were fabulous but unfortunately the noise generated by the showers/baths in other rooms was overwhelmingly annoying.

This hotel comes as advertised, the room was high enough to be away from the road noise, and the staff was as friendly and helpful as anything. The free wifi works best near the front doors and trickles off to bad when you connect on the other side of the elevators. The rooms could use a very healthy dose of upgrading. The beds and other furniture are good. It is the bathroom and areas around the room that need the help. For example, instead of replacing the bathtub caulking when it became moldy, someone simply caulked over it and now the mold shows through. The shelf in the bathroom is narrow and that makes it difficult to set your things down. The location is what makes this hotel a good choice, as it is right next to the Darling harbour and the Sydney Aquarium.

Had a fabulous time at Four Star Darling Habour. Staff were very professional and polite and made us feel special - requested an upgrade for which we got on our last night as they were booked out and gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolates which was special. Location was great and close to everything. Breakfast was great and Seafood Buffet was good value, although the oysters were quite small and gritty but very fresh. Would definately stay there when next in Sydney.

Extremely pleased with the Hotel accomodations, hospitality of the staff and the close distance to many great attractions: Sydney Aquarium, Maritime Museum, Wildlife Center and Chinese Gardens at Darling Harbour with dozens of restaurants, stores and an interactive splash fun playground for the children. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet with local fruits and an all seafood dinner buffet at our Four Points by Sheridan Hotel. We caught an on & off Sydney bus tour at Darling Harbour and enjoyed a beautiful blend of the old & new city arquitecture and nearby Pacific cliff coast of Bondi Beach. A few blocks away we shared an Austraian wine while viewing the city at sunset from the rotating Sydney Tower. A great hotel location!

First impressions were excellent - we were met at the taxi by the concierge who was very helpful with our bags & the huge foyer gave a feleing of space and luxury. Our large room overlooked the city side, but we also had a glimpse of the harbour through the corridor windows. The king bed was great. Breakfast was included in our Hot Deal- a sensational selection of food - fresh & delicious. We would certainly recommend this experience to anyone & we would love to stay again next time we are in Sydney.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel, the staff were very welcoming and we found the Buffet Dinner very good for the special guest price of $50 per head. We found the Hotel to be very well placed in the city.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and will certainly be returning on our next trip to Sydney. Located on Darling Harbour & five minutes walk from Queen Victoria Shopping centre and other local attractions such as Centrepoint Tower. The seafood buffet was amazing & as a guest of the hotel we received a substantial discount on our meal. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out until we were ready for the airport. No charge. Mini bar was expensive, but we supplied our own snacks from small convenience store across the street. A very pleasant experience with staff being very friendly and helpful.

wonderful location overlooking Darling Harbour

The Hotel is great expecially rooms overlooking the harbour - awesome. Conveniently located to Darling Harbour and City shopping (requires a little walking but not bad). Great resturants as well. The Hotel treats you well. It was our Aniversary and we received an upgrade on our room. Highly recommend this place. Tops!

Room was good and gym was excellent - bove average for sure.

Really welcoming....and the buffet breakfast was on a par with 5star overseas hotels that I have stayed at. A brilliant choice of food types. Friendly staff and nothing to much bother. An easy walk to the Monorail and to all the evening restaurants and bars. Although we did not have an evening meal the seafood buffet lat the hotel looked amazing, well worth it if you do not want to walk to the others in Darling Harbour. The only thing that was disapppointing was the cost of parking. $40 for 24 hours is a lot. I realise that it is normal for Sydney parking to have high rates but I think the hotel could do a better deal and get it a little cheaper.

A group of 10 of stayed here and the location was brilliant. Very central to the CBD as well as Darling Harbour. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and the staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a booking for a twin room and were initially given a king room. I asked to have it changed, which they did. This was the only downside of the visit. All the staff were excellent. The rooms are fairly ordinary but sufficient. Food is very good. We had room service one night for dinner. The food was excellant and there was a lot of it.
