"When I booked the room for my husband and I, we booked single room double/king bed etc Upon arrival we were given a single room with two single beds - Hotel informed us they were fully booked and could not change this. Rang the Soultions number and spoke to lady who was going to ring us back never did - I had to end up going down to receptions to sort out. On Check-in was offered complimentary paper - said yes. Never got the paper both mornings we stayed... Was a disappointment to our visit to Sydney." - Melissa Gillespie


"Rooms are small and beginning to need renovating. We managed to obtain a very good deal so the price became reasonable. We also paid for the harbour view which was fantastic and well worth it as it would have felt very "average" if we had not done this. Having said this, its in a fantastic location to Darling Harbour and the city and this is what you are paying for. Getting there: Situated on the city side of Darling Harbour, you will find Four Points on Sussex Street in between King Street & Market Street. We are approximately 30 minutes from the International and Domestic airports.

Four Points is located 5 minutes walk from Town Hall station which is accessible by bus and train. Exit QVB via Market Street, turn left and our hotel is four blocks down on the corner of Market and Sussex Street.
Check-in Procedure: For safety and security purposes, we will need to see photo identification at time of check-in.
Car parking: Off site car-parking is available at Kings Parking, located directly opposite the hotel on Sussex Street. Rates are $36.00 for 24 hours. Please see our Commissionaire upon arrival at the hotel to collect a ticket before parking.
