"We had a very enjoyable stay at Four Points. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help in any way possible. The breakfats that was included was great but the prices of the hotel restaurant were quite expensive. The location of the hotel did not prove to be a problem as there was a bus service to the centre of Rome that ran every 2 hours. " - Anonymous
"Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The first night we had a room which was next to the road so the next day we asked for an internal room and the staff were very obliging and sorted it out for us immediately. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries, cereals, fruit,etc. The bus shuttle was also extremely efficient and we enjoyed the trip into Rome each day. We were lucky to be staying on the weekend when the traffic was relatively quiet. The pool area was also pleasant but I was disappointed by the limited and old machines available in the gym. "the hotel is as you'd expect from a 4 star business hotel. the only problem is that is located in the business area and about 25min ride to the city center. although this does allow u to experience the real rome at local retutrants and not just the tourist traps.the hotel has provided a shuttle service which is 90% reliable to get you there. overall a very nice experience." - steve mongelard
"Very beautiful hotel, with superb hotel facilities. However, it's very far (about 30 mins ride) into and out of Rome. Although the hotel provides free shuttle, guests will not be able to roam about Rome on their own." - Michelle Loh
