If you pay for less less is exactly what you will get. What I found the most unlikeable thing about this place is that the heat in the room did not work and when I brought it to the attention of the staff nothing was ever done. Thankful the temps were mild that weekend. The best thing about the place is that it was a short 10 minute walk to Paddington Station so taking the expresss train to and from Heathrow was effortless.

It did all I required well and was excellnt for the budget. Well done
The location is amazing, however the room is very basic, and the bed definitely could've been better. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast offered was basic, but good. If you're looking for extravagance, look elsewhere. However if you're looking for a safe no frills place with great location, this is the place for you. I would recommend if you stay here that you pack light, there are no elevators, and the stair cases have tight turns.
The Hotel was basic, but very clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions and local tube to all destinations. Everything you need for a few nights stay, would go back and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was yummy too.
Couldn't really fault it considering we paid only 100 for two nights for two of us. We walked everywhere all weekend, so good location! I was a bit 'oh no' after reading others' reviews after booking, but was pleasantly surprised. Parked the car right outside the hotel, which was brill. We didn't spend much time there, it was a weekend away for us and would happily go back there!!
After reading some of the critical reviews I didn't expect much being a budget hotel but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with nice clean sheets and towels. The full English breakfast was basic but filling. The location was good. A little noise from some occupants but nothing to complain about. I will certainly stay again - It's a budget hotel for a budget price - you get what you pay for.
40GBP/night in central london...great bargain! good breakfast, wifi access in rooms, close to parks, buckingham palace etc...true, rooms are small, stuffy, no ensuite bathrooms for basic rooms but...still a good deal.would go again
Very helpful staff. A Good breakfast..good value for London.
good location, reasonable price.
Stayed at many hotels in this area and this was the best for this price range. Lovely full English breakfast included in price and fast Internet connection. Staff really helpful and friendly and a great location - will look to book here on next trip.
Nice place four the price. They were friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone.
The bed was not comfortable, small room and no equipments like glasses for teeth brushing. Had to ask for, and we were given a coca glass ands somthing like a vase. Good clean towels every day. Breakfast was very good.
Room is recently remodeled but still an old and small hotel. Rooms are very small and basic. A few small bugs, otherwise fairly clean. Good location with easy access to food and tube. Fairly quiet at night. Decent value for the low price.
I felt the hotel was a little tired, the room was tidy but very small and could of done with a little TLC. Breakfast was not good, this could of been due to the clocks going back and the food was cooked too early and left on the hotplate until the hour caught up. Staff were pleasant I would consider staying again, but solely for the price as his was very reasonable being relatively close to Mable Arch. Vic H.
Overall good, location great friendly staff this is extremely close to central London about 3-4 minutes walk to Edgware tube (Hammersmith/district and circle line) and a couple more minutes up the road past there to Edgware Road Bakerloo line the former seems to have better connections so went from Hammnersmith/District one. If you wanted you could walk to Euston down the Marylebone Road in about 30 minutes. Don't knock this place good value clean decent breakfast etc., has parking if you are lucky it is free and quite safe. If you want the Hilton then go there and pay a fortune more!
We had a room with a doublebed og 2 singlebeds. Location was great. Breakfast very nice. Good service. The beds were not good (you could feel the springs), but that is also the bad thing we can say. And we missed some real blankets and not just a sheet.
I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and was never disappointed. It's good value for money. Clean, excellent location, good breakfast.
A cheap and chearful hotel which could benefit from a refurbishment. Room was small, but had everything needed. It was spotlessly clean and served a very good and tasty breakfast.
Over all of hotel are OK. Great value for money. Comfort bed. Good full english breakfast. Nice staffs. Close to many underground stations resturants and shoppings. My suggestion to owner;Put new carpets and re-paint all walls which will cost a little budget but will enhance this hotel a lot! Ken
