Clean, close to Eiffel. But the facility not as 3* standard ratings.
Hotel was lovely except for the building site opposite. Very noisey early in the morning. Just as well we weren't in hotel during the day. Very central to metro and sites.
Our fancy single rooms are decorated in shades of blue and yellow. Turn-of-the-century French poster art makes them very cosy. All single rooms dispose of a shower with adjustable-height heads
Our cosy double and twin rooms dispose of comfortable queen size or two twin beds. Some rooms have furnishings in shades of green and yellow, others are decorated in tones of red or blue. Turn-of-the century French poster art or pictures of the “Taj Mahal” will easily carry you away from your every day life… Bathrooms have bathtubs or showers.
Our cosy twin superior rooms dispose of a comfortable queen size bed. They are larger than any other room in the hotel. WIFI and tea and coffee facilities are complimentary. Some rooms have furnishings in shades of orange and yellow, others are decorated in muted tones of red. Turn-of-the century French poster art or pictures of the “Taj Mahal” will easily carry you away from your every day life… Bathrooms have bathtubs or showers.
Room very small, no shampoo in shower. Bed very comfortable with nice clean sheets. Breakfast ok but not good value at 12.50! Central location but surrounded by roads and building work - a bit noisy. Overall acceptable value but nothing special.
Ideal location, this is the second time myself & my wife have stayed at the Hotel Eiffel, the last time was 12 years ago. The only thing on the negative side is it probably hasn't been decorated since. Remembering, it is a bed and breakfast which with all the sight seeing and fab cafes & restaurants you don't spend a great deal of time in your room. I have recommended it to my son who wants to take his girlfriend for valentines next year. Would also recommend you hire yourself a bike to get around Paris they are so much fun and you don't miss anything like you would in a taxi or on the metro.
It was a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very nice, lovely shower, good pressure which we haven't found in the other hotels we have stayed in around. Convenient location. We liked that they had an information pack in the room which told us local information, something the hotel before didn't have. It was nice that we could step out the door and see the Eiffel Tower. We loved the hotel and would stay in it again next time we are in Paris.
Although the room was quite small it was more than adequate for a short break. The breakfast in the small breakfast room was excellent with the all items being replenished when required. All the staff were pleasant, very helpful and spoke good English - compared to my French. Building works on the opposite side of the road were quite noisy but you can't blame the hotel for that! Access to the metro was within a couple of minutes walk (Bir Halkeim or Dupliex) so the city was literally 'on the doorstep'.
A one night stay in a comfortable and quiet room, close to the Metro, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Excellent small hotel value.
The location is good and the staff friendly. The rooms are typical of small Parisian hotels in that the en-suite facilities are vary small. The wi-fi access is useful except that it does not work on the top floor
Hotel was clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Ideal location for touring and walking, metro also close by. Room small but adequate.
This is a very cute, quaint hotel. I enjoyed the small room, its very Parisian. :) LCD TV's in the room. You can see the Eiffel tower by walking out the front door. There are 3 cafe's within a block. My only complaint was that I could never get my laptop to connect to either WIFI router. I would stay there again if I was staying near the Eiffel Tower.
A good hotel for a short weekend stay if you are on a budget.
I recommend this particular hotel to anyone you wishes to be stay in Paris for a short break. It is in the best possible location in the heart of Paris. I have found the staff very helpful and charming. Its a small hotel and very value for money. Plus they give you the benefit of their WIFI system which came as a great asset to myself and it was all FREE ! I was impressed by the service from a 3 star hotel. You will surely have me back. If I had to pass a comment it will be the fact that the lift is a bit too small but otherwise I got more than what I expected. The staff all spoke fluent English which made me feel at ease and were ever so helpful when I asked for help with trains. Keep up the good work !
The room is extremely small, but good enough if you just need a place to sleep. The shower area is too small for a petite/average sized person, more so for a tall or large person. I am happy that the hotel had free wifi connection. unfortunately, the signal is low for early evenings. You need to be online in the off hours to get good connection. There is no airconditioning. It would have been fine if you will stay there during spring or fall. I was there in summer (last week of June) and it was too warm for me. The staff speak great english and are very helpful.
Quiet environment, I could sleep with open window to the street! Cozy breakfast room.
Small friendly hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Not as clean as I would have liked but situated close to the Eiffel Tower made it very convenient for sightseeing. I would stay here again.
Good location for first trip to Paris. Staff can speak understandable english. Breakfast is normal, but if you want enjoy full assortment, go eat before 9.30am.
Good choice when traveling on a budget.
Small rooms, but that's normal for paris. Location very good. Staff frendly.
Hotel is located right on the metro line, making it an ideal location for visiting anywhere in Paris. Rooms are quite small but adequate, room is cleaned every morning and staff are only too willing to help when booking any trips. If returning to paris would definitely stay here again. Prices are very reasonable.
It was clean, comfortable and nicely situated near to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly, and they serve a very good breakfast, a help-yourself style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to return before too long.
