Wonderful location for this Residence open all year round, facing the sea and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the French Riviera. Elegant and modern, completely refurbished, with four floors and one elevator.
All apartments have fully equipped cooking units, air
conditioning, soundproof windows, satellite flat LCD screen TV, private safe (15€/week), and a direct dial telephone with special plug for computer. Free access to the out line. All bathrooms have a shower or bath, toilet and hair-dryer. For your comfort, we provide all bed and bath linen,and the beds are done when you arrive. Great view from your private balcony overlooking the sea for all front studios and apartments.FREE INTERNET ACCESS BY WIFI IN ALL APARTMENTS. Rear apartments have also a very nice sea view. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Casino and night life, are located very close to the Residence, at only 2 minutes walk.
Most of the time, a minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
All May, July and August, minimum 4 nights. PLEASE,note that an extra cleaning cost might be asked for a Sunday departure. |

Entire payment on check in according to online reservation. No refund in case of early departure.
An extra cost of departure cleaning will be charged for Sunday's departures. 45€ the Studio, 60€ for 1 bedroom Apartment. |
