All apartments have fully equipped cooking units, air
conditioning, soundproof windows, satellite flat LCD screen TV, private safe (15/week), and a direct dial telephone with special plug for computer. Free access to the out line. All bathrooms have a shower or bath, toilet and hair-dryer. For your comfort, we provide all bed and bath linen,and the beds are done when you arrive. Great view from your private balcony overlooking the sea for all front studios and apartments.FREE INTERNET ACCESS BY WIRELESS IN ALL APARTMENTS. Rear apartments have also a very nice sea view. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Casino and night life, are located very close to the Residence, at only 2 minutes walk.
Most of the time, a minimum of 2 nights stay is required.
All May, July and August, minimum 4 nights. PLEASE,note that an extra cleaning cost will be asked for a Sunday departure.

By motorway A8, exit ANTIBES/JUAN-LES-PINS coming from Cannes, or exit VILLENEUVE LOUBET comming from Nice, & Direction ANTIBES N98 ("bord de mer").
Bus stop and train stations 2 minutes walk away, and same distance in Cannes from Palais Des Festivals.
10 minutes to Cannes by train or by car.
Check-in Procedure:
Check in from 12.00pm. until 8.00pm. In case of arrival out of these hours, please CONTACT ABSOLUTELY THE RESIDENCE to be informed about the check in procedure.
Entire payment on check in according to online reservation. No refund in case of early departure.
An extra cost of departure cleaning will be charged for Sunday's departures. 45 the Studio, 60 for 1 bedroom Apartment.
Car parking:
Private car park could be possible on request in a private garage facing the Residence, according to availibility. Ask about it at time of reservation,for cost and possibility.
Child Policy:
No extra charge for children under 2 years old.
Baby cot on request: 10Euros / Day.
Extra Single Bed : 20Euros / Day.
