The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, in a small, calm street, few minutes walking distance from the old port, the beach and near the park. Each of the 36 welcoming rooms provides either bath or shower, and private toilets. It is also equipped with colour TV and direct telephone line. No parking problems stand, as the hotel provides its own private closed carpark.

A small quaint hotel, only 10 minutes walk from the port. Staff were friendly and the hotel was basic but very clean. In a quiet street away from the busy port it is a relaxing place to stay. Good hotel for the price, would return if in La Rochelle again
Room was cold and heating not working in room. Nice location and not expensive relative to other hotels in France.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-decorated. Although my room was small it was very comfortable and plush. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back.
The Hotel is a real French house, not a modern box and had some character. Our room was on the small side and did not have much of a view but everything was very clean. The owners were extremely helpful (telling us where to find the best restaurants etc)and the location is exciellent once you master the one-way system of La Rochelle in a hired car. (Tip: go North of the Bus station then turn East to find the main shopping street that connects with Rue do Bazoges!) very fairly priced and the breakfast was generous and varied ina simple way.
