"Very nice room with big lcd tv and Bose stereo and new furniture. Very clean, nice bath, very roomy for Tokyo. Free internet access from the pc's in the dining room. Laundry you can use for free. Breakfast plain, but good quality. Very close to Okubo station, which is one stop from Sinjuku. 24h open supermarket placed at the bottom of the building.
