"I did not expect the hotel to be this nice. The breakfast was made to order which was a plus. I like the swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff were very friendly. The place was exteremely safe, and they called us everytime a visitor was leaving or coming in which I believe was something new to me! "Have stayed here twice in last three months. Generally very good, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - especially the kitchen. Only comments are :1) standard of room cleaning varies from cleaner to cleaner. Ray is great! However, others may leave washbasin and bath unwashed - don't clean floor or replace loo paper. 2)Service is efficient. eg. DVD broke down on both trips, but quickly repaired or replaced. 3) Maintenance and front desk staff are courteous and professional. Overall this is a great place to stay and I will go back happily. "there are alot of roaches with diffrnt sizes specialy in the kitchen and living area,and i have informed the guest office upon checkout. my mistake that i did not inform the house keeping because i thought that it is the basics of cleaning,and i was out of the residence and it should be perfect when i came back." - Khaled ALSUMAIRI
