"Being a newer residence hotel, the rooms and facilities were clean and modern. Comfortable beds and newer appliances were nice. I had a problem with the elevator key-cards a couple times (de-magnetized?) but staff always on hand to help. Well worth the price considering the Insa-Dong Fraser Residences are almost twice the price. " - David Casselman
