Getting there:From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. Once in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast Hwy, turn left onto T.E Peters Drv and you will see us on the right handside. From Brisbane Airport - follow the signs to Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Once in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast Hwy, turn left onto T.E Peters Drv and you will see us on the right handside.

We had a very enjoyable stay,our apartment was very comfortable and spacious.the location was great just a short walk to all restaurants and jupitors casino.
This hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was good with relation to the Exhibition centre, the casino and Pacific Fair. All in all very impressed and would happily stay again.

Excellent new apartment, fantastic outdoor pool/spa. Lovely service, and great facilities. Large rooms. We got a great deal on the apartment, so pricing was excellent.

Great place to stay, modern, clean, staff were great and the location within walking distance to Broadbeach and the Casino and the Convention Centre. Excellent.
Hotel is very well positioned, very nice pool. rooms have all you could want or need. Staff was friendly, only complaint was the bath didnt drain properly, so it would take all day to let water out and left a mess when it had drained and because the shower is part of the bath did get annoying overall tho good. We are planing to use this hotel again

We were very happy with all aspects of "Fresh water point resort", all concerns and queries were promptly handled. Staff were always friendly and obliging. Also very family friendly with plenty of restuarants and take aways within easy walking distance and a delightful cafe near the reception serving great coffees and milk shakes. the whole family would stop there again in a heart beat
Stay there for 5 days 4 nights, Very big room, with all home equipments. Free Carparking at basement. Better to have a car for going near by shopping. No free breakfast. Will return to stay for next visit to Gold Coast.
Nice clean room with great facilities. Very convenient for the Conference centre, and close to Pacific Fair and lots of places to eat. Would definitely stay again
I thought the facilities were outstanding. Very well maintained & a good location as we were attending a conference at Jupiters. My only concerns were the persistant sewage smell in our apartment that was quite apparent when we first walked in & remained for the next 3 days. Also, the lady behind reception was not very helpful when we asked for an extra pillow. She did get it for us, but not without some fuss.
The apartment was huge! A massive living area with balcony large enough for a six person outdoor setting with room to spare. White leather lounges and dining setting complimented the gourmet kitchen. The second separate tv area would be great for the kids. Two beautifully decorated and spacious bedrooms both with balcony access and two stylish bathrooms. Views from living and bedrooms (and kitchen). Really top value. Walk to the beach, eateries, everything! Loved it!
Although this resort is relatively new, it wasn't clean. The balcony, the carpet, the hallways, lifts, the placemats have not been cleaned well. We left before 8 am and returned after 5. It would have been bad luck if we wanted more soap, toilet paper, milk, etc.
great place. Great location. Unfortunately blankets were stained. When we got replacement blankets they were also stained. Suggest that they buy new batch of blankets for the place. only real complaint was the thoughtless pesron above us who insisted on putting the TV on at 4.30am every day, otherwise a very good place
We had a fantastic stay at the Resort. The pricing was fantastic but a $20 per hour late checkout fee? Not sure about that one... Perfect location, and across the road from the Broadbeach district, but far enough away not to get the noise...
Have stayed here twice now; rooms are generous in size and very pleasant. Quiter location away from the main strip in Broadbeach may appeal to some, but not others.
Bedding was substandard. Configuration of property allowed a lot of noise in as did the full length windows facing directly onto the pool area (also lack of privacy)
Great location and quiet. Gym is not that well equipped and a restaurant/bar would be good. Always request a certain room and never get it but otherwise staff are friendly.
The location suited our needs perfectly. In hindsight we would have liked to stay on a higher floor, but this did not detract from our stay
