17 3.5 star semi self contained OR motel units in either a studio or 2 bedroom style.All units are ground floor and all units open out onto our landscaped grounds,so thers no looking into other units or the watching traffic pass by.

Getting there:
Travelling from the south (Sydney).....we are the 1st motel you pass just as you are entering Ballina ( Right next door to the Toyota dealer ).
From the north (Brisbane).....you need to follow the highway all the way through Ballina until you reach the "big prawn" island then go round the island , and we are 400M back down the road.

Ample undercover parking right outside the units with additional parking for larger vehicles such as coaches,boats and trailers.
Child Policy:
Children welcome , however we have a one person one bed policy-eg a double bed takes 2 persons ( a parent+child or 2 children or 2 adults ). We dont allow 3 or 4 kids to sqeeze into 1 bed,sorry.
