The rooms are basic and clean with a great sea view, especially if you're up on the high floors. Unfortunately that is negated by the unfriendly staff, who in general find it an effort to smile and be civil, especially the front desk, definitely needs attention.
There are too many seminar groups that make the hotel too crowded and elevator is too small. But Staffs have very nice service mind. And Sea view from balcony is fantastic.
Stayed at the deluxe room at 22nd floor. Room was a little smaller than expected but very clean and with private balcony. Good service staff. Overall I would give this hotel 8 off 10.
This was the second time we have stayed there my wife and I enjoy it very much, the service is great, also very close to beach ,the views from the balcony are terrific would stay there again

Very top hotel. fantastic ocean view. A little far from the center of activities, but more quiet. You can also reach the center easily by a 20 Baht taxi. Don't pay more
We were staying here over the weekend. The only complaint is that the available lifts are too few for this tourist class hotel. You'd have to wait a long time in the morning. By the way, the view is excellent. Most rooms are ocean view. I don't mind staying here again.
This hotel has superbe buffet-food, but for ordering it is rather problematic, as the waiters and waitresses speak only a very poor English; they compensate with friendliness and bright smiles.
The hotel is very good. The sea view room is excellent, beautiful sun set view. It is new not finished yet but has no problem. The small infinity pool is very nice. Breakfast is average. Staff is extrememly helpful. I will go back to the same hotel next time.
The hotel was`nt even ready yet!! It was still under construction!!! the spa and fitness center was not even built! They think it will be ready in feb.-08.?.. The outside band is a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early.Elevator traffic was also quite slow time to time.But the staff still tried to do they best and they were very nice to us.
