Service quite poor for what you are paying - particularly in the restaurant. Experienced delays when checking in - took longer to check in here than it did for a flight at the airport. Room not ready at 3pm & no real reason given. Building infrastructure does not suit their tropical weather particularly in heavy rain. Would not stay at Furama again or recommend to friends.
Staff extremely polite and helpful Good choice of food, all of an excellent standard. Always sunbeds available on the beach or around the pool. Couldn't have wished for better.
The hotel layout is well thought out. It has a great view of China Beach. The staff were friendly and generally could meet service standard expectation. Overall, a satisfied stay in the resort.
Wonderful resort. Staff go out of their way to take care of your every need and they are so friendly. So relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely come back again.
