"Gorgeous hotel. Right in the thick of Ubud - about 25-30mins car ride to Ubud market area where all the shops and restaurants are. Worth using the hotel's free shuttle service to get there and back. Used the spa - was nice. Stayed in the Deluxe Villa which has own private pool, large villa and gorgeous bathroom and massive bathtub! Also has an outdoor shower you can use. The villa is very private. Stayed 3nts, would stay longer. Had Breakfast included - was nice but same choice every morning, could have done with some variation. "Pricing was good because at last minute rates, would not want to pay full rates given the slightly out of the way location, 20mins from Ubud. Having said that the hotel runs 5 shuttles per day into Ubud and was very accommodating about transporting us there, flexible with times, route etc, so we never needed a taxi. Food disappointing but lovely private villa, high walls, and were many well-priced and good restaurnats in Ubud . Staff very keen to please." - Anonymous
