a very nice motel, boutique style, extremely friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast. rooms are modern and funky. Nothing bad to say and would always be happy to stay at this motel. A sanctuary in the middle of Bangkok.
Really great service and location. Especially near the MRT station Exit 1. Would definitely recommend for this value spot. Breakfast would be slightly above average though not fantastic. In-house massage is nothing to shout about either.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I have stayed in. They went out of their way to help me. The location is perfect for the MRT and BTS and the rooms are 4 or 5* standard. Some people may wish to choose another hotel if they are looking for a pool for swimming. Exceptional value for money in a good location

Brand-new boutique business hotel. The room is spacious enough and very clean. Breakfast is ABF which has various food. One-minute walk to Sukhumvit Station(MRT) and Three-minutes walk to Asoke Station(BTS). All staff are friendly and kind. Overall,it's worth staying and will stay again.
Probably too early to give a valid rating as it is not fully operational yet and partly under construction. Staff try hard to please. Breakfast OK but basic, apart from the a la carte egg menue which includes eggs benedict, the buffet selection and quality does not exceed 3 star standard. All in all acceptable for introductory room rates, but still a long way to go to justify a price closer to the rack rates.
