Great Hotel, including the location, amenties and the ever friendly and helpful staff who go out of there way to help and assist in any way they can. Will definetly use the hotel again for both a vacation and for business purposes Highly recommended. Leonard Mastapha Sydney Australia.
As usual, the service and welcome at this hotel were impeccable and with lots of smiles. Always a great place to stay and real value for money. Any problems were recognized and solved instantly and happily
Stayed in this hotel many times and will come back every time I go to Bangkok. Is a great location, close to skytrain, bars, restaurants and taxis also easily available. Staff very friendly and supportive
Close to the motorway, definitely heard some sound from this, but with the AC on, this was not distracting. Room was well kept and large, though the bed was on wheels and would move around a bit, which was annoying. Location about 3-5 minute walk from Sukhumvit road, and about 5-7 minutes from skytrain station. Service was good and friendly, a little bit, but not too much pressure to book trips, etc. through the concierge. Was a little bit hard for the taxi to find, but once we knew where it was in relation to the city, was easy to get to and from. Breakfast was fine. Overall, would recommend, we enjoyed our stay there.
Good hotel with responsive, flexible service. Had an issue with 2 bottles via minibar but it was reversed. Thai breakfast could be better, but western one was good except for the toaster.
the staff are friendly and its a short walk to everything if you like discovering whats around the corner day or night. overall the hotel is not a bad place to stay at.
Excellent service, breakfast, and cleanliness. Not as far from the BTS skytrain as I thought.
We were on the 10th floor but the lift only went as high as 9. was ok as we are young but old people etc might have trouble with the stairs. Also there was a strange sewer like smell on the tenth floor.
Great service, lovely rooms and the pool is small but nice. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Location is great, being a 10 minute walk from the skytrain.
The breakfast is served in the hotel lobby, where it is a bit dark and not so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but the price we payed was too high. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The property is undistinguished, but the rooms are pleasantly well-fitted, without being extravagant. Access to Sukhumvit Road involves a fairly long walk. Access by taxi is tortuous, through the Bumrungrad Hospital. The hotel attracts a large number of people from the Middle-east. Overall, not a bad hotel but I would exhaust other options before booking myself here again.
It was in a great location and the service was excellent. Breakfast was great. Only thing was that the shower was over the bathtub and the it used curtins.
The hotel is conveniently located in Bangkok, with easy access to the airport.
a very pleasant experience i will be recommending this hotel to friends
Super! I really recommend, close to the skytrain aswell!
The overall stay is very good. The room is spacious and clean. They have all the necessity plus extra, such as microwave, cuttlery and some plates. Breakfast is good and location can't be better. 5 minutes to sky train and eating place, 2 minutes to Bumrungrad hospital, but it is directly in the main road, so it is pretty quiet. Staff is very helpfull, though they mistakenly gave us double bed room instead of the twin that we requested, they deal with the problem quickly.
Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok!!!
I make it a point to stay at this hotel when I am in BKK on business. The staff are friendly and obliging, the breakfasts are well above average and the rooms with free internet are very comfortable. There is some traffic noise, but you will have to go far to find a better value in the city.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location wise is quite far from the nearest Phoem Chit BTS station (for me carrying a kid, takes about 20 mins) and crossing roads to reach the BTS station can be challenging. Comparatively, this is a better location than in the Nana area where by night time, that area become sleazy with girls (and half girls) lining up the streets. There is a flight of stairs leading up to the hotel lobby but there's construction underway for an escalator. Amenities around the vicinity is quite all right; there's 7-Eleven and a couple of convenient stores lined up along the street and a big hospital just opposite the hotel hosts a few eateries such as McDonald's, Ou Ban Pain, Starbucks and Indian restaurant. I enjoyed one of the massage parlor within walking distance, name something like "Boonsita", which offers clean and professional massage services. My wife tried the one just beside the hotel and don't find the masseuse skill good.
Great hotel and location. Close to the skytrain and freeway to the airport. Free internet. B'fast was very basic. Rooms are very big, but bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Renovations are happening at the moment- this was a bit annoying when they started at 8am in the morning. Make sure you have the address or a map as it is a bit harder for Taxi drivers to find.
