The hotel was awesome. It was in a great location for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, bars, money exchange and etc. The bed and pillows where so comfortable. You will have a hard time getting up in the morning. The employees where super friendly. I highly recommend to upgrade to the Brisass Club. The rooms are a little bigger, free happy hour from 6-8 (only white and red wine), free internet, free continental breakfast, and free local calls. It doesn’t get any better than that.
Internet was not properly working during my four days stay, finally they blamed to Telmex for that. Staff responses didn't solve the situation
The hotel is in the center and close to public transport. It is in a "quiet" zone, lots of people and lots of life - but secure. Good resraurants nearby.
This is a nice hotel in great part of town. Easy access to the city, shopping and night life. There is a construction site next door that starts early and finishes late but the noise is really not that bad. Overall a great place I will stay again.
The room we were provided with upon check in was dirty, the bathroom was unclean and had obviously been used before we arrived. Hotel reception were slow to fix the problem until i complained, and then we were given a better room type the next morning. The hotel is in Zona Rosa, which is like Sydney's Kings Cross without the sleaze, busy and open all hours with great shops, markets and restaurants and close to everything you need. Would definately stay here again
The best hotel experience I have had in Mexico City or anywhere else for that matter - friendly fast knowledgeable service, good food, spoke excellent English
Very convenient for Downtown Mexico City
I have stayed there for 17 years
Concierge very helpfull which made up for the somewhat arrogant front desk staff. Perfect location, very clean, very nice bed + one of the very few hotels with pool in that area. Thoroughly good value for your money.
The best place for vacation, buisness and other. Everyone in the hotel are very professional and care for the guest.
Too expensive for the kind of service. What bothers me the most was the staff that were eager for a tip at any time!! In addition, since I booked through the interent seems that they treat me as an economy class guest. Honestly no value for the money.... Never come back to this hotel.
The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The rooftop pool is not very deep, but still provides a nice way to cool off.
Beautiful decor and terrific staff and service! However ... In today's world, there is no excuse not to have high-speed Internet connections in every room. If the Holiday Inn can do it - for free! - this hotel should be able to do so, also. My bill had charges on it that I did not incur. The same thing happened to 2 others that I know. At the prices charged at this hotel, there is no reason to try and sneak in extra billing. I chose not to return to this hotel on my next trip to Mexico the week following my stay.
If you book by internet, they will not give you points on their frequent traveler program. They charge for phone calls (even local) in excess. They also have excessive charges for use of their business center. If you dont make phone calls and dont use the business center, the hotel is a good value.
Good location with easy access to plenty of restaurants to eat out. Hotel facilities were OK, the gym, could do with some updated equipment, but was OK. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel in a location that is good for eating and drinking out and a short walk from the excellent Metro service for exploring the rest of the city. Pool on roof fun but not substantial. Concierge was particularly helpful.
This is a great business persons hotel. The staff are very competent and helpful.
