"The Hotel is well situated for both the West End and Knightsbridge shopping areas,along with it's Pubs and Restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and overall the Hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room are adequate reflecting their price range, but i think they should have a fridge with at least bottled water in.Would stay there again." - Gerry Dorrian
