The Hotel is well situated for both the West End and Knightsbridge shopping areas,along with it's Pubs and Restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly and overall the Hotel has a nice atmosphere. Room are adequate reflecting their price range, but i think they should have a fridge with at least bottled water in.Would stay there again.
Nice hotel in a good area. Clean and charming room, although very small. The receptionist did surprisingly not know hot to get to Gatwick airport, but found out eventually although it took lonk time because she was answering the phone while serving me.
Friendly hotel, nice English old fashion style and good location if you like South Kensington.
Small room (typical in London), excelent locacion and charm environment. Bad mattress!
Rooms are slightly on the small size with portable aircon but comfortable. Evening dinner is not available in hotel but lots of good local restautants avail. Would use again.

Very friendly, helpful staff from the hostess in the lobby to the waiter at breakfast. Very clean room with an excellent bed and bathroom with great shower and tub.
